Bruce Roberts 38 "Hagane"

There was a thread on here some time back, hosted by a poster that went by the name of " rustypirate".

He was rebuilding a steel Roberts 38 he had named " Hagane"
Then the thread died sometime in 2019.

I believe the boat is somewhere in the Saratoga area.

Just wondering if anyone on this forum might know of " rustypirate" or the location of that boat.

I had originally built that boat back in the late 70's, launched 1980.

I have googled searched the Sarasota area high and low, thinking I might spot the boat from the few photographs " rusty pirate" had posted, but no such luck.

I have attached a photo of the boat under a tarp, that "rustypirate" had posted, hoping someone might recognize the yard.

Here's hoping.
