Leinster on the east edge of St John has good snorkeling on the back side of Waterlemon Cay. All the beaches on the north side of St John are very nice. Caneel Bay provides access to the Caneel Resort. Excellent
food but bring $$$$. If you stay closer to the east end of Caneel towards Lind Pt you can
dinghy into Cruz Bay. Many places to shop and eat ashore there.
There is very good snorkeling on Buck Island just south of St Thomas. Druif Bay on the west side of
Water Island, just south St Thomas and a few miles west of Buck, has a beautiful beach and a couple of small beachside eateries.
I second that Tortuga bay on Culebrita is a beautiful place to spend time. Nice beach and good snorkeling.
The SW side of Luis Pena, just west of
Culebra is a great day stop. You can
motor 2 miles east and grab a
mooring or
anchor near the town of Dewey and
dinghy ashore to eat.
With such a short window I would skip Vieques.
Have fun.
