From atlanta panama city is your best bet. Lots of atlntans here already Uncrowded and some great destinations for weekend cruising . Forget the east coast or keys only reason to be there is to go someplace else..

I've had boats 12 hours away, one hour away, and 15 minutes away.


If a boat is far away, you find yourself going there to do maintenance or to take care of it, and then not having time to enjoy it much. It becomes a burden. If it's close, you don't need an excuse to go there. Look out the window and the weather is good? You're there.
