SV Yara safe

Today we came across SV Yara in the north pacific ocean with 3 French people on it, Thier 44 foot boat became dismasted and they had no fuel. They have been bobbing around drifting for a week
The captain was injured but will be ok. They abandon the boat and we took all 3 on board with us and continued on our journey to Panama. Please check your chain plates. This was apparently the failure they experienced that left them stranded. I'm not currently in my boat but I'm on SV Zingaro with Captain James. He did a fantastic job keeping his boat in position for the transfer of the crew of Yara, Thier supplies and personal Items. In all he spent 4 hours circling the boat as all of us did the transfer.
