Welcome aboard Carl! Good luck in your search. I have to admit when I saw "Vancouver 25" under "Boats for sale or wanted" I thought you had one to sell and MY interest was piqued too! Not that I am in the market, but is this the one that sold? (sale pending... you never know, it may fall through)
