Want To Buy: Seeking production catamaran, owners vers, 44ft or less, 2008 newer

I am looking for a US or Caribbean based catamaran. Either Leopard or Lagoon between 39ft and 44ft.

Specs: Seeking production catamaran, owners version, 44ft or less and 2008 and newer.

Cash buyer. Have looked on YachtWorld and some FSBO sites but didn't know if someone on the forum is looking to sell soon.

Just opinion, based on 1.5 years of market monitoring. Unfortunately, in most cases, boats listed by brokers are less expensive than boats listed for sale by owners on different web-sites, including this. Even though in first case seller will pay 10% to the broker. When owners selling the boat, they will tell you that their boats have lots of extra equipment, bla-bla-bla. But simple comparison shows that boats listed by broker often equipped similarly, if not better.

Here is a Lagoon 400 it's has been on the market for a couple of years. Probably due to location and mis-pricing. His initial price was over 400K. He had multiple adds including on here as well. He adjusted the price a few times he asking 359K. Average selling price of L400 about 270K? They also did a blog and video, if you search around you will the boat online youtube ect...

The Yachtworld listing is showing $346K USD. Seems to have it listed in so many places he has lost track of where to update his pricing.

Newer boat so looks very nice but I agree the price may be slightly high.
