Want To Buy: Local eyes on a Sabre 28 4 sale in Hingham MA?

Anyone feel up to a quick eyeball of a Sabre 28 for sale in Hingham (maybe Hull) MA that looks pretty nice (despite an atomic 4).

Seller says needs some deck repair and some other things.

She's about 4 hours round trip for me and I'm admittedly not sure I'm ready to buy but she ticks some boxes for me.

I suspect too much to hope for but thought there's a small chance I'll get lucky. Hopefully no harm asking.

Promise to buy you lunch if I buy her or at least a beer or two if we find ourselves in the same port one day!
