Bodega 30

Proven offshore sailboat - has sailed the South Pacific loop, to Australia, Alaska, and South America. This is a rare Bodega 30 (Also known as a Golden Gate 30) - 5 sisterships have circumnavigated. Factory finished interior - has undergone an extensive refit over the last 4 years in preparation for the Pacific loop, but my plans have changed - my loss is definitely your gain. Very clean boat does not smell inside and repowered Beta marine diesel runs like a top.

Recent work includes:
- New standing rigging
- New chainplates
- New prop and cutlass bearing
- New running rigging
- New Asymmetrical spinnaker
- New retractable bowsprit (for spinnaker)
- New Pelagic Autopilot (also wired into wind instrument)
- Completely new mahogany headliner
- New bimini
- New Rocna Anchor with 300' of chain
- Newly refinished teak and holly sole
- New headsail
- New LED lighting, both interior and exterior
- New stereo system
- New VHF with integrated AIS
- All new wiring and Blue Seas panel
- New refrigeration
- New Furuno wind instrument
- New solar
- Fuel tank cleaned and inspection port added
- New Harken self-tailing winches
- New counterpoise system for SSB
- New cockpit canvas
- New VHF antenna and coax
- Rebuilt headsail furler
- New whisker pole

The boat is further equipped with:
- Watermaker
- Raymarine 12" chartplotter with radar, depth, GPS, speed, and sonar
- Cape Horn self- steering wind vane
- Windlass
- SSB radio
- Dodger
- cockpit cushions
- mid-boom traveler
- extensive spares
- repowered with Beta Marine diesel (only 690 hours)
- setup for easy singlehanding with clutches on halyard and reefing lines
+ much more.

Bulletproof construction and almost 50% internal ballast will take care of you in the worst conditions, yet she moves quickly and nimbly in light airs.. USCG documented. She is literally ready to take you to Tahiti tomorrow.

Located in San Pedro, CA. Asking price $23,500

Re: Bodega 30

Wow, that sounds fantastic and looks great in the photos. If you post more photos I'd love to see the galley and radios/instruments to see the layout. I am not familiar with these sailboats. Very interesting!

Beautiful vessel. You have done a great job refitting her. Good luck with the sale.
