Due to my job canceling work-from-home, I will need to sell our boat and return to land life for a while. RIP WFH.

This is a 1998 Voyage (Norseman) 430 sailing catamaran. 250k usd.

Beam: 25ft
Draft: 3.5ft
Air draft: 63.5ft
Cruising speed under motor: 6kts burning 1.3gph
Cruising speed under sail: 8kts

Owners edition w/ 3 queen berths and 2 heads. Owner's hull has a stateroom, office area, and head with a walk in shower. Guest hull has forward and aft state rooms with a jack and jill wet head in the middle.

Skeg hung rudders. Fixed keels. Crossed the Atlantic. Blue water boat. NO CREAKING UNDERWAY!

Galley and saloon on the main deck. Very large galley w/ double sink (one very deep and one shallow). L-shaped saloon seating with a folding table. 43" TV and chart table.

New in the last three years:

FULL DISCLOSURE (I am not one to hide flaws, know what you're getting into).
Boat will need the following soon, depending on owner needs, many are purely cosmetic concerns:
Hot water heaters (old were removed)
HOB/oven needs a few thermocouplers replaced (Some work fine)
Propane solenoid needs to be replaced (currently bypassed)
Galley counter tops (there are some cracks)
Saloon flooring (old vinyl - just it is old - still functional)
Interior paint (some spider cracking and flaking in places)
Exterior gelcoat (typical defects of this age boat)
Deck wash down water pump is dead
Reefers will need new compressors (currently using dorm fridge)
Sugar scoop showers need new hoses
Lower nav lights need to be replaced
EPIRB is out of date

I've lived on this boat for 4 years and you can see it has been in a state of continual refit with high quality components. I've got all the safety/nav/operations part of the refit done and the boat is a great long range offshore cruiser. I'm currently in the Bahamas since Dec living on the hook 100% of the time comfortably. I have done the US east coast. Boat is ICW capable as well as offshore comfortable/safe.

Roomy open interior. Cockpit comfortably seats 6. Room in the galley for 2 people to work. Boat sails sweet.
