Just posted our Hans Christian Laughing Buddha. Located on east coast - Annapolis, MD And, we have been through East Coast, Baja and across the SOPAC to NZ; OZ; the islands to South East Asia-- so the boat knows the way!

You'll note there are many major upgrades and recent additions. Just slightly north of your $150K - but there has been some good money already spent - that you'd take a pass on and at 50%retail price on equipment - the sums are pretty close to $150K. Like getting a well-cared for boat for almost free!
