My wife and I have made a lot of progress transitioning from dreaming to legitimate readiness to sail, and we are now ready to buy!

We have a few boats for sale through brokerage that we are looking at, so if you have a boat that you're thinking about listing soon, please let me know. Or if you have a privately listed boat that I might not know about, get in touch.

Our ideal boat is ~40', in the Carib, and less than 10 years old...as boats fitting this description will most please the wife. I'm happy to hear about other boats, but it may be an uphill sell to the boss lady.

Budget ~$200k, although overall value is more important that specific price.
