I partnered with a friend who needed help restoring this lovely monohull, we renamed her Captain Crunch in a fit of laughter, and I lived aboard her since then. I’ve been called to work over seas, but am in Florida temporarily to show the boat. She is equipped as comfortable live aboard/cruiser with diesel, heat, frig & freezer, propane system w/stove & oven, and newly plumbed pressure H & C water, currently located at Indiantown Marina, FL. boat storage.

1981 Allmand sail 31’ rig.
LOA 30’9” LWL 27’ 8”
Beam 11’4” Draft 4’0
Sloop/Fiberglass/12,000 lbs
Ballast 4300 lb Lead Encased
Universal Atomic M20 5416 Diesel 16 Hp. 2 cylinder- fully serviced by
Complete Diesel of Stuart (Rob at (772) 284-9982, runs excellent , new injectors, new fuel hoses, new
racor and fuel filters, new belts, great muffler, SS shaft
(Kubota 751 block engine parts may be purchased at a fraction of Marine part supplier cost)
Recent oil change engine and transmission, new and extra oil filters and glow plugs
40 Gal Fuel tank – cleaned and new bottom welded, new fuel gauge sending unit
50 Gal water in Fiberglass tank in Vberth
8 Ft. Inflatable West marine dinghy, 8ft Walker Bay sailing dinghy w/new Minn Kota trolling motor.
All boats registered currently till June 3, 2021.

Tri-cabin: 6’6 V-berth forward, 6’2 U-shaped settee twin & single amidships, 6’4 aft twin cabin

8 cu. ft. Ice Box w/ 12V frig/freezer - used as food pantry, a 12volt refrigeration system can be connected, 7cubic foot 110volt, mini fridge is utilized currently.
Propane Stove 2-burner w/oven Gimbaled. 1lb. propane or connect to 20lb propane tanks in locker
Rail BBQ propane from bottle or ships system

30 amp shore power AC & DC Breaker panels w/meter and reverse polarity warning,
battery meter. Excellent factory wiring with all fuses in great condition. Mechanic inspected.
3 30ft shore power cords 30 and 20amp, and pigtails
2 Battery Chargers
1 15 amp HI OUTPUT Nando alternator
2 starter motors
2 solar panels 150watt (1/2 kilowatt/day) with controller
2 brand new West Marine AGM 12volt batteries, 2 deep cycle lead acid batteries
8000btu Portable A.C. – cools to 76 degrees even on hottest summer days, 70degrees at night
Brass wall mount propane heater

VHF Radio and Nw hand held VHS radio
New Garmin depth finder with charts (velcro mounted to cockpit dining table)
2500watt Cobra Invertor
Autohelm 5000 WP- autopilot needs to be remounted
Bonding wires connect for electrolysis protection connected to all through hulls and stuffing box
1 bilge pump wired to batteries, 1 auxilary 500gal/minute bilge pump w/switch at panel, whale hand operated pump, 2 hand held manual bilge pump

4 Halyard & Furling Winches with clutches refurbished and lubed
Temporary Plastic dodger and bimini
Lots of extra sail rigging


5 offshore life jackets, Engine spares box w/ belts, filters, impellers etc, Flairs, 2 spot lights
Bosons chair, Mast Steps, 2 Fire extinguishers, Cockpit cushions, 1 Solar vents main and twin cabin-not functioning, Transom Outboard Motor Bracket, Transom boarding ladder, Binoculars, 1 aluminum & 1 chrome winch handles, extra prop, Katadyne Survivor 35 hand pump Water maker, All teak refinished, many ceiling panels replaced, new vinyl wall panels, Inflatable dunnel bags to prevent sinking, Ditch bag, Hull Painted Summer 2020, Dive gear, Deck wood treated with Sikkens Cetol.

3 Hatches refitted, stainless burglar proof bolt on hath panels, Swinging companionway doors, and reinforced sliding door

All the above equipment is included in sale, Seller invested $20,000. in parts and labor over the last 2 years

I have all documentation, purchase receipts, and will familiarize buyer with all aspects of the boat
All on board systems are operational
