The forward cockpit door it's a great feature and what makes the boat really special.

Good luck!
You have some great photos of your journey; I've enjoyed them immensely!

One quick question for you; when we saw the L40 in Annapolis and Miami, there was no apparent place for a washer/dryer combo like there is on the FP & Lagoon. Are you using one and where did you put it?

Thanks and be safe out there!

The washer and dryer is in the head of the master's cabin. In front of the shower, there is a locker. The washer and dryer goes there.

Oh my; I can't figure out how we'd have missed that, unless the demo at the show didn't have a hatch there, or it was locked and I just dismissed it off hand.

Thanks for that!

Re: 2017 Leopard 40

Is that for the hatch or the slats?

Hi B4A I mean the hatch on the deck near the princess seat on the port side in the picture with your partner which looks like it has red ropes coming out of it did you have that added to have access to the space below which is the small forepeak cabin that is sometimes set up as a children’s sleeping space

The picture you are referring to was taken on my friend's Leopard 45. The 40 unfortunately does not have those.

There isn't enough space for that.
