You will have trouble with dogs on the offshore islands and cays - virtually all ban dogs and are patrolled. But most mainland stops will be fine.

Teach your dogs, if not already, to go ones and twos on the boat. We have a catamaran and dogs use the trampolines with no problems. On a monohull probably a square of fake grass on a tray. That way you can visit places where dogs aren’t allowed without risking taking them ashore.

Teach them to swim for fun and exercise so you don’t have to go ashore for walks. If you’re fast enough then swim with them (watch out if they try to climb onto you!), otherwise have them follow you on a SUP or in a kayak.
