Smallest 2 burners side by side in 240V mobile so far are the 2 posted here with 50cm bottom but 51.5cm top...

For the oven that's not a problem, there are plenty microwave+convection oven options in 480mm available.
There are ways around this that work really well. First, you only need gimbal support while underway. For short trips we make sure we have dishes that only require reheating in the microwave. For longer trips, we use a single burner plus the microwave or a rice cooker which takes over the role of the second burner. You need some extras for this to work, like a steaming basket for vegetables / potatoes.

What works really well is to replace the Force10 propane stove with a diy or custom made gimbal system that has a microwave below and a flat work surface on top. Instead of free swinging, which is problematic at best, we prefer a system that can also be locked in every position. For use of the top surface, you can put a portable induction cooktop there, or a coffeemaker, bread machine, rice cooker etc.

Do you find it works well?

We dont use it much, you put the pot on the burner and set the power, normally it stays on that spot, as you have all 4 fields side by side, you don't move pots around when cooking, but you can. Smaller pots activate smaller areas.

It is handy to join 2 burners for a big single area for a big pan like 1.5 times or 2 times the size (each induction field consists 2 rectangular zones, but you can use 3 or 4 of them at once)

But I think the regular use case is just use the burners like the normal hobs without the fancy options.
