Sterling Pro Charge Ultra 40A DC output fault light

Hi All
I've used Sterling products for 15+ years. Currently have 2 ProCharge units 1x40A, 1x60A dating back to 2019. The 40 A unit failed yesterday and shows DC output fault red light after re-start.

I wondered if anyone here had any knowledge of such a fault and whether it could be an output fuse failure or similar and easy-ish to check. Am moderately capable with electronics but do not want to pull any PCBs apart right now.
Current ambient temps New Zealand 20C although charger has worked ok in tropics, even Darwin at 40C.

I thought I'd ask here before approaching Sterling.
Thanks

Phone Sterling help line in the UK

A totally unrelated dirty blade fuse was diagnosed over the phone and corrected.
One of the few marine suppliers that provides excellent back up for their products.

Thanks. This has been working fine for 5 years and suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. No changes to wiring at all.

Possible I guess, will check. My experience of Sterling support in the past has been very variable...
