Mijuuti, I am glad you found the issue.

Here it is marked up with positive (+), negative (-), and no connection (NC).
The BA-15-D could be inserted 180 degrees to change polarity at the contacts or use a LED that is not sensitive / has internal correction. The rest assume the outer shell with pins are negative (-).
