General Info: New Lagoon Warranty

I feel like an idiot but I cannot seem to find a pointer to the Lagoon factory warranty anywhere. I stand on the cusp of buying a new 40 but the dealer's purchase contract terms basically say they promise absolutely nothing, no warranty or support of any kind, and I must rely solely on the manufacturer's warranty. Not everything I've read online about customer support is glowing but beyond that I can't even seem to find any reference to the duration, excluded versus covered items, or other very basic terms.

That being the case, is there a copy of the Lagoon warranty posted on its web site or somewhere else that I'm just failing to locate? Thanks in advance for any pointers that anyone can provide and/or any commentary on the factory warranty experience!

Last I talked to Brent Hermann ( Ex Lagoon Dealer - Post Lagoon having a dealer network era ) it was 1 year

They do however have an awesome parts website where you can order replacements or see part #'s

If you can’t find a written copy of the warranty, and the dealer won’t give you one, what else do you need to know?
