Crew Available: The Long Way Home

Hello, I'm from New Zealand but I've been living in New York and I'd rather sail than fly home. I've some blue water experience in the Med and down to Cape Verde via Morocco and the Canaries so I know what to expect in terms of watch shifts, cooking, cleaning.
I'm looking to leave anytime after February and before May.
I'm keen to crew with people who like exploring the places they stop along the way. I like hiking, biking, adventures. Not really interested in a hardcore delivery drive.
Cuba is top of my places I'd like to visit list so if it is on your itinerary I'd be particularly interested in hearing from you.
