Crew Available: Novice Looking for Experience

Just a regular 24 yr old male, suffering from some mad wanderlust. I have no sailing experience but will most likely do anything and work hard in the process. I just want to see the world, and sailing to different areas sounds like a good start. I need to get a passport and a few things together, but i will most likely be able to leave before summer 2011. Any advice or info or criticism would be welcome.

I have been sailing for 30 years, doing bareboat charters in the Caribbean for over 20 years, and have my USCG 50T masters license. I am putting a group together to do a bareboat, 47 foot sloop, charter in Guadeloupe Feb 5-12, 2011. We would require an equal share of charter and provision costs, and you would be obliged to cover your transportation as well. If that works for you, contact me at sailor rj md at g mail dot com.

Hi Jake we are looking for someone from Stuart or FT Myers fl to Corpus Christi TX first week of jan 2011 had a family death so need to speed up progress. We are on a 34' Columbia have sleeping room and little comforts we are definitely not rich or fancy, but she's home.
