Crew Available: Florida Keys to the caribbean

I'm in between having graduated from college and looking for a job. I want to learn how to sail and get experience working as crew. I have experience operating smaller power (40 ft ), rubber whitewater rafts(upper Gauley class V, ), kayaking (whitewater Class V, sea kayaking, expedition style), but no substantial experience on larger vessels and would like to get involved with a longer cruise. I’ve been traveling, and, working in west Virginia over the paddling season as of recently, but can meet up anywhere within reason. Also it would be very easy for me to meet up in the Florida keys as I have a place to stay there and am considering wintering down there regardless. Looking for a minimal amount of compensation to just cover my expenses.

Other interests of mine include scuba diving, spear fishing,(great dive partner) climbing, photography, hiking and the outdoors in general.
