Re: fit unpaid crew for transatlantic crossing

Not sure if you got yourself a sailing gig... We just bought a 49 outremer. I am a strong sailor, my partner does ok. That said, our first Cat (selling my beneteau 373), bit of additional feet..., and little knowledge of sailing in the med.

Let us know if you are still looking for the next adventure.

Re: fit unpaid crew for transatlantic crossing

Hello Steven,
Thanks for the invitation, right now it's more about the travelling than the adventure for me. Wishing you both a wonderful time aboard your new Cat in the Med, languages helpful but not essential.

How about longer notice!

Leaving Brighton UK next summer (2014) for the Med followed by Transatlantic and then Transpac - destination Aus, but possible detour to Japan.

English Channel shakedown this summer (begining August)
