Ideally I would like to sail on a boat where French is spoken, sailing to places where French is also spoken (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Nouvelle Caledonia, Polynesia, France, Afrique, La Reunion, Corse, Guyane Francais)

I am American from North Carolina, know the waters around there very well. I live in Montreal but have also spent a lot of time in Corsica.
