Crew Available: Currently in NZ and Looking to Get to Panama

hello lovely people !
we are a late 20s english couple looking to crew a boat to get us from nz to panama /s.america leaving nz before may/june. this is all new to us both we dont have experience as such as professional crew ,my partner ed has eperience sailing small dingys and i have worked on lots of dive boats across asia ...but we are both very quick learners ,fit , very hardworking and we can both cook as we are highly qualifed professional chefs ..everyone needs someone to cook on there boat !
we have both traveled extensivley and are just looking for a more interesting and rewarding way home . we both love to fish and dive i have a divemaster qualification as well
We are open to any suggestions/help ideas would love to hear from you all
