Want To Buy: Standard Horizon Quartz Speed Log

We have the paddle wheel that goes thru our hull for this speed log but the instrument face is corroted. Used unit would be fine. Any suggestions on where to send for repair. Manufacture does not sell or repair these units. Bought originally in 1993.

I have a brand new one in the box and all. This was purchased without thought to compatibility with Furono. I am in the caribbean, Sint Maarten. Better to buy a new one, then find repairs. I will be in the states May 6th, or I can mail it from here.
$150 plus postage. It has a value of over 300 last time i checked. You are asking for instrument panel right?

Lainie thanks for the response. Yes we are looking for the instrument panel BUt do you have the paddle wheel and the cable also. We can not test the unit with out the instrument panel so to have the whole unit would be good also.

Can you take a picture of the instrument panel and email to me at rbrungard2(at)gmail(dot)com . I am in Hawaii with family but the boat is in Palau a small island in Micronesia North Pacific near the Phillipines. Where are you going to be in the states in May? It might be easiest to mail from the US to Hawaii and then my daughter will forward on to me. I think mailing from Sint Maarten to Palau will take a "century" to get there. Us Priority Mail is the way to go for Hawaii or Palau.

I am very interested in buying this if it is the right one. A picture will let me know. Also can you measure the diameter of the face. That way I know it will fit in the opening we have in the bulkhead and is the same unit.
