You are perfectly correct we are locking to trade Hunter /property for a cruising trawler plus cash adjustment in our favors. The cash adjustment will be determining by the trawler value vs. Hunter /property.

We never know it maybe some peoples how sold everything to buy a trawler in the pass to live aboard and are required to go back on land.

Our house and sail boat is on sale for the winter and we will see in spring what we will do.
