I am selling a 1973 Caribbean 35 for 16,000. This is not a project boat. She is ready to sail, fully functional, regularly serviced 4.107 Perkins diesel motor (50hp). Just hauled out and fresh bottom paint, lots of teak interior. Fully operational stove, air conditioning, two heads, one shower, and electrical system. I met a fellow that had a CC Apache and he sang it praises as if it were divine(sorry preacher)..I have heard good things about Chriscraft sailboats but never really been onboard one to see the build quality,I think this is one of the better looking center cockpit boats built ..nice looking old girl...

From what I understand, the Caribbean 35 is a modified version of the CC Sail Yacht. They were introduced in 1969. The Caribbean 35 was CC's first "out-sourced" design. Designed by Sparkman & Stephens. She had sold fiberglass hulls but the decks were balsa-cored. The Sail yacht had solid decks.
