Keep your eyes peeled on Craigslist, Recycler and the "trader" publications there in So Cal too...

Last time I looked a year or two ago, I found 2-3 trailers that are similar to this there locally...

This trailer won't do it for you. I looked at this trailer a couple of weeks ago, and it is not for 18,000-20,000 lbs. That's a helluva trailer sailor

Typical low-boy axles are 6,000 lb ea. so 18,000 lbs capacity including trailer too of course, but you do subtract the tongue weight. Do-able, but close depending on speed and distance travelled.
Whatcha gonna pull it with?
