Am selling my '77 Cape Dory 27'. She is 95% restored and she just needs the last final touches. I have purchased a 31' Cape Dory and will be restoring her as well. The 27 has too much suff I have done in 2010 to list here, but would be glad to email a list of the items that have been upgraded or replaced. She sails like a dream, and fast as well. Thank you for the suggestions, I am currently receiving responses to my ad to my email account where I can speak with the interested parties about the boat, but I do thank you for the suggestions.

Just a quick edit, don't know why I put it was a 1977, it is a 1979. Also found out that it qualifies for a $5.00 registration fee per year in Fl. vs., a $123.00 registration fee, because of antique status.
