Hi "FireEater", I appreciate the poignant memories you must have with you dad wrapped up in this fine looking Morgan, notwithstanding the helpful photos of the work in progress. Is this still active listing (?) as that still seems a reasonable price. Never mind that the more substantial cost remains in the finishing up work, and time investment, of course - although I acknowledge a lot of work appears completed. And I would echo one other post, you would have guest privileges in perpetuity, if I were to become the buyer. I'm sure she would be a fine sailing vessel.
