Lucia 40: Used Fountain Pajot Lucia 40 Input Needed

I'm looking to buy a US based used FP Lucia 40. Does anyone have advice they are willing to pass on regarding their experience with this boat? Things like, what to look our for (known issues, etc.)? Thanks in advance.

Curious what the status is of osmosis with the FP's.
i hear at one time it was common. But i dont know when/if that ever stopped.
Would be good to know what years/models were effected. and those that were/are not!
