Uart problem (I think).

I have an RPi4, most recent OpenPlotter and OpenCPN versions and Pypilot using the IMU hat. AIS comes from a Yakker wifi device.

Over the weekend the autopilot worked fine but I didn't see any AIS (or used the web control from another device). The RPi seemed to think it was linked to ethernet (up/down arrows) so could not discover the Yakker.

Today after much playing about I have AIS from the Yakker. I also have an AP point. But when PyPilot is started I get the message:

"At least one UART interface for the pypilot controller must be added to the list of serial devices."

For some reason I can't seem to do that. I choose UART0 and reboot. No change. Have I assigned that to the USB port? Images of what I have for devices and connections is below.

ttyS0 is set up in OpenCPN connections as a serial connection. But I have no idea what it is. I can't edit it - it takes me to the OpenCPN program.

I think my problem is either than RPi4 won't allow me to do what I want. Or there is a fault in how I am setting up the connections.

Any suggestions?
