Tracker 14: Necessary Improvements to Vector Charts

Please vote for these changes, they make the use of "Mariner's Standard clearer and provide a much needed "Reset" button.

I bellieve at least the first one or two parts of this request should be treated as a bug, and not have to wait until the next release.

It is dangerous because the name "Mariners Standard" misleads us into thinking it would be a good setting to choose. However it omits some essential navigation features by default and is certainly not an acceptable option for the average mariner.
