Sea Surface Temperature shading

Howdy all,

I'm using OpenCPN for planning offshore fishing trips. One thing that's happening is that the SST rendering is all gorked up. It is this way regardless of what model I choose, what region I choose, or which flags I choose on the model (WTMP vs SEATMP, etc)

I am running OpenCPN 5.2.4+6b314e6, macOS Catalina, and I have included a screenshot below. Any ideas on how to get proper sea surface rendering?

Thanks!
