Siriusxm marine update screwed up my sea surface temperature display

Looks like the latest siriusxm seas surface temperature update screwed up my setup.
I have c120 MFD, and sr50 siriusxm receiver from raymarine. I've used the sea surface temperature for 2 years now and I relied on it dearly to plan around gulf stream. Last year I rhode the edge all the way from st. Augustine back to new england, just using this feature. It was life saving. I was solo, and I could jump off when winds turned northerly very quickly as I was able to stay within the inner edge.
I have a charter package I pay 37$ per month. Yes mu stuff is old, but it worked. Wind, pressure and other features still work but water temp is messed up. Now I just get blue water color and numbers, presumably water temp. It all coincided with an email I got from them regarding an update to their service. I talked to customer service and she said she will send me a text message with a link to send a refresh signal. Well, I just did it and I don't have a lot of hope. This is bull....i go back to FL in less than a month and it would be nice to have the sea surface temp offshore without pulling email off ssb. Or at least have secondary means of this data.
Then she also said to send my receiver to raymarine for upgrade....wtf?I don't have a good feeling about this.Click image for larger version

In the diagnostics, looks like I get a lot of sea surface temp data and it updates as I zoom to smaller area. It seems that my old receiver no longer knows what to do with it or maybe C120 doesn't know how to display it.Click image for larger version

They fixed it! It was folks at SiriusXM. Thank you so much. I did also upgrade my C120 and C70 FW to 5.16. My RS50 is at latest FW i think 2202

This sounds like a great feature. How do you like the other features of SIRIUSXM? I'm thinking about getting one for my Zeus 2 MFD, Coastal cruising around S. Florida and the Bahamas.

wind, storms, radar was always there and its very nice. You see what the TV weatherman displays. So for bahamas where NOAA reports tend to expire and you font get them on VHF, this is very good. Check the coverage, but I think bahamas are covered.
