Radar Plug-in issues with heading

It doesn’t appear that the radar plug-in is honoring the heading priority set in OpenCPN.

We have multiple sources of heading and we have priorities set so OpenCPN will use the most accurate one while underway.

The radar plug-in appears to ignore the priority setting and uses the heading value from all the sources. This results in the radar overlay jumping around.

Besides the radar plug-in, heading priority works great in OpenCPN and sticks with the priority settings.
