There are no VLW sentences in your stream, so the dashboard correctly does not show the info.
Feel free to file a feature request to implement a log instrument which calculates a log from the GPS data.

Dont know if bugs get reported in here but I've found that if dashboard is re-sized and then toggled off/ on in toolbar, the dashboard resets to default size.

Also can someone tell me how to get the "rolling road" to waypoint display in the dashboard ?

To be sure that your remark will be traced and taken in account, please use Tracker/Flyspray.

How to access TRACKER/FLYSPRAY:
Select the “tracker Button” (http://opencpn.org/ocpn/) in the upper right hand side of the menu.

How to register onto TRACKER/FLYSPRAY:
In the upper part of the screen; there is a place to register, and a place to login.
Nota: no registration gives a limited access to functionalities

Not a dashboard feature.

A linux hint please:
The deep graphical instrument does work in Windows but not in Linux, any hints please?
O built: 3.3.2430
Win XP & 7, Ubuntu 12.04
The same VDR file for simulations.

The sources for my Win and Linux built are the same. The Dashboard is though different. As seen in the attached pictures the deep graph is working in Windows but not in Linux. In the Linux panel below I've added the two text instruments for deep and water temperature and the graph should have been between the two lines.

I don't know if the depth (excuse my previous typo) graph has been working in Ubuntu before. I haven't used Linux for more then a month.
Can anyone else get this depth graph instrument to work in Ubuntu 12.04?
