OpenCPN Charts for Chile Patagonia

A friend of mine, Werner Toonk (s/v Karma) is looking for a good source of charts for Chile Patagonia full length, down to Ushuia, preferably for use with OpenCPN. He'll be leaving NZ in 3 weeks, so the need is pretty high, but it will take about 45 days to get there, although he'd like to avoid high download costs.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It looks like o-charts has ENC for the full length of Patagonia for $20. I think Werner will be pleased about this.
