open cpn with usb screen

I installed a fitlet pc to have a low current consumption of 6W and this mini PC is connected to a USB 3 MB169B screen resolution 1920 * 1080
The problem I 've noticed under open cpn the mouse pointer is quite slow when I open the path he stutters slightly cpn mapping and display delays are longer
In the windows window I can not find this problem
If I reduced the resolution instead of 1920 by 1080 1080 * 768 I set the default disappears one can but not totally .
in the open configuration cpn I can not find where I can set up to improve the display and remove this default

Pehaps it was the FPS 30 /s it was a lot and i don't known where a can reduce this parameter
