Final version of Dutch language files for LogbookKonni 0.910.

I still see some strange things, but will comment on that after download and install of next version of the PlugIn.

Hello Konni,

thank you for the great effort!!

A few days ago I installed your logbook V.904, I had a few problems, then I realized V.917 was the latest.
I unistalled the previous version, Installed the new V.917 and also Findit 0.7.

I started OpenCPN, but this time the plugin is not in the plugin tab. (see screenshot).
I looked in the installation directory and it is there (See screenshot).

I also found some files in the ProgramData folder (see screenshot).

I run Win7 64 on Acer laptop.
Can you please help me?

0.918 is up on Sourceforge und GitHub.

It has two new features,

CrewList:
------------
has a new column 'Onboard' and two new entries in the rightclick-menu - see images

all crewwmembers from the "old" data is marked as onboard.
click twice in the column 'Onboard' to uncheck and select another column (or click 'Show onboard only')
the entry disappers.
now rightclick and select 'Show all crew-entries', here you can find
all checked/unchecked entries.

add a dummy-crewmember here and it's unchecked, in 'Show onboard only'
it's checked.

Textblocks: (Logbook)

rightclick in 'Remarks'
you see two new entries. click on 'Demo Sails up', the textblock is inserted/appended.

How it works:
----------------
click on 'use textblocks'.
in the dialog is a little help. follow the instuctions to insert item and text. then click OK-button, the text appears in 'Remarks.

click again on 'use textblocks'.
now drag 'n drop your new textblock from 'Text when using this dialog only' to 'Texts for rightclick-menu'
click the Cancel-button (you don't want to insert the text in the grid now)
rightclick for the menu and your text (the name in the tree) appears
click on it and your text is inserted.

Hello Stefano,

the ver. > 0.910 are running only with beta version of OpenCPN.
i think you are running OCPN 2.5 and installed logbook 0.917.
that won't work, the API (interface) has changed.
Dave made a lot of improvments in the main-prg.

if you running 2.5 please download and install this file here (version 0.910)

You can also download and install the OCPN-Beta (it doesn't override 2.5)
and install 0.918 in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 2.6.1609'

normaly it should run now.
if you have still problems, post it here again. i'll try to help.

the next release version of OCPN is announced for may.
i think it's better to work on 0.918 and wait a month.

Hi Konni,
I'm running OpenCPN 2.5 stable edition (downloaded today) on Linux Fedora. I compiled OpenCPN and installed it. The program runs OK.
I then exit the program and used
git clone git://github.com/konnibe/LogbookKonni.git LogbookKonni_pi

to download your logbook program.
Followed your instructions but could not get it to compile.

my fault, not yours.
i've forgotten to make a separate directory for the source of 0.910 that works with 2.5.
So Linux-Users can only use the source on GitHub with the latest Beta of OpenCPN (now 2.6.1624), i'm sorry.

i create a new repository for 0.910 on GitHub. when it's finished i'll post here.

Thanks for your reply. I am just in the process of downloading the Beta. Hopefully I can get it going, otherwise I'll wait for the next release in May.

i've made a new repository on GitHub for ver. 0.910 here.

as you can see in the image, it compiles with 2.5.0 on Kubuntu.
please let me know if it works on Fedora, too.

The version that you posted for OpenCPN 2.5.0 compiles OK now on Fedora, I assume it will compile on other Linux versions too.

I managed to download the Beta OpenCPN source 2.6.1624 from GitHub but could not get it to compile with the .910 still get errors (different ones now though) , the error trace is listed below

Hello Claudio,

so you have now a working OCPN 2.5.0 with logbook 0.910.

for the beta of OCPN (2.6.1624) you need to install in the plugins-folder
version 0.918

please delete the folder LogbookKonni_pi before you start download via git.

0.918 should compile now - see image -

Yes the logbook works with version OpenCPN 2.5.0 in Fedora.

I pulled the source from GitHub again just to make sure but I still get the same error message in my last email when trying to compile with the latest Beta OpenCPN.

It looks like the problem is connected with LogbookDialog.cpp
