Help Manually Loading Charts

New to OpenCPN and need help. From NOAA, I have downloaded 6 individual raster charts and unzipped them. I am trying to import them into OpenCPN, but not having much luck. Could someone please walk me through the procedure step by step? Thank you.

Thanks for this reference. However it does not address what I want to do. Firstly, it does not describe manually adding charts. Secondly, using the described method (Chart Downloader) does not allow me to download individual charts, just things like "All" or "States" or "Regions." There are only 6 charts up the NC/SC coast I want.

Read the full page again, it describes exactly what you want to do (and much more). Look at the paragraph following the heading "Installing Charts".

Obviously, I am missing something. Maybe these two screen grabs will give you a clue as to what I am doing wrong. Even when quilted, I can't get more than one chart to show

My charts are located: C:/Users/Jerry/Desktop/Mapping/Charts/RNC2/20170201_150231

Zoom in. The quilting algorithm does exclude charts that make no sense to be displayed because they are way too much out of reasonable scale.

Edit: And of course quilting has to be enabled, on your second screenshot you are in single chart mode.
