CM93 vanishing act?

hello, I've been working on mbtile chart making when my cm93 charts just disappeared. I scanned the charts and they turned on again...until I hit OK on the options menu. then they disappeared again. So I opened the options, charts and scanned and forced rebuild and they returned until I hit OK and they disappeared. So I closed everything down and restarted and the CM93 charts came back again... until I scanned the chart menu for a new mbtile and the same issue... vanishing charts.

I'm working on a Lenevo X1 Carbon (X86) tablet on Windows 10. Has any one encountered this before?

Thanks,
Lauri

"cm93 charts just disappeared"
.
It would also help if you posted the opencpn.log file.
Click the ? button on the menu to find the location.

You are probably not using "Chart Groups", so all charts are shown. In that situation mbtiles are dominating. MBTiles are colored "Violet" in the chartbar to separate them from other chart formats. Click the violet tile(s) in the chart bar to hide them, leaving the yellow cm93 alone, or even better, create a chart group wit CM93.

Re: CM93 vanishing act?

Hoolie, FAQ's are not in the program, they are a section of the OpenCPN Manual. Using the search function in the wiki, the appropriate FAQ may come up to the top to help figure out the cause of such things as "Houdini CMP93".

Ok?

Re: CM93 vanishing act?

The problem seems to be resolved. After another restart, the issue is not recurring. I did go on a memory clearing task, due to my limited space and the cm93s have remained steady.
