Charts for Vanuatu and Solomon Islands

Can anyone recommend a chart source for Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands?

The CM93 charts I have now are ok but not great.

Have a look at downloading from sasplanet. Satellite images are really useful. There are other sources in the linked sasplanet download

The ENCs for Solomons are edited by the Australian AHS.


They are part of the Australia (+PNG +Solomons) set of o-charts for OpenCPN.

I have scanned paper charts for many countries including vanuatu, but I would say the detail is not very high compared to what you are used to and the charts themselves 20-30 years old.

Your best bet is to generate charts using google imagery. This has incredible detail. This in conjunction with cm93 is generally sufficient for everywhere.
