Smart fridge controller

Is there a smart and more efficient controller for the frigo boat Keel cooler? One similar to new portable fridge/freezer that when the power input or voltage is low it will have short cycles of cooling and when the battery is charging it will operate at long cycles? Does such an add on exist and is it practical for a fridge? My fridge has the large cooling canister and not a flat cold plate.
