NAVTEX Receiver-Please Help
I bought a used NAVTEX receiver (Clipper Navtex 518kHz, two channel) but the display shows only a large block. No figures or letters.
The previous owner says it had worked before he took it from his boat.

Any idea what caused that malfunction and how to solve it?
