Help converting Dst800 triducer wired for Raymarine to NMEA 2000 network?

Hi sailors, I bought a Dst-800 Airmar Triducer that apparently is wired for Raymarine. My understanding is that the Dst-800 is Nmea 2000 capable as it's apparently also sold with an Nmea 2000 end connector. Unfortunately I bought this unit several months ago and can't exchange it any longer for the Nmea 2000 version (my sailboat is already mostly fitted with b&g/simrad components). Can I use an Nmea 2000 connector (like the maretron Micro/Mid Field Attachable Connector) and this way use the Dst-800 on the Nmea 2000 network? If yes anyone could help me with the color coding to make it work? Thank you very much
