Datamarine Problems

I have a question and need some help. I have an older datamarine system ( Speed, wind, depth) All power up but I cannot get any readings. The boat just came in on a trailer from NJ. and the marina stepped the mast. ( I was unable to be present ) Could it be that something was not connected? I called Datamarine and they want me to send the enties package back to them for service. Any ideas of what to check first?
Thanks for the help.
BTW- I am no longer boatless- 1990 catalina 30 WOOOHOOOO

P.S. is it legal to campout in front of West Marine? HAHA
