B&G Zeus2 Chart plotter solid white or black Screen

Hi all, my 12in Zeus2 chart plotter displays a solid white screen when trying to view the charts, but the instrument bars and settings buttons are still visible and functioning. If I select one of my custom views, e.g. half screen chart plotter / half screen instrumentation, the chart screen is solid black and depths are visible. When I toggle to all other displays via the home page, they all appear to work. Charts work normally on all other Zeus2 networked devices. After some troubleshooting, the B&G tech support rep said the processor was most likely defective and the unit would have to be replaced. The unit is only four years old and was wondering if there are any others out there that experienced the same issue and found a solution besides buying a completely new unit.
