Auto pilot/ Ray Marine ST 6002/ 2005 model

Afternoon,
Have an autopilot that is reading POWER MOT SWAP when I go from Standby to Auto. Auto should engage the autopilot but does nothing but read Power Mot Swap. After a couple of minutes it reverts back to Stanby.
Someone on a post months ago said I need to swap the 2 power supply's, the ones to the hydralic motor to the course computer, and the ones that bring power from the battery.
It was working fine before some time on the hard. Put the 33 Morgan back in the water and this computer thing came up.
Any ideas would be great.
