Apple Cellular makes it possible to choose a local operator, and it's for iPad
Have anyone tried the solution?
What do you mean by "Apple Cellular"?
Apple makes the iPhone
but they don't provide service
. You need to buy an unlocked phone
- doesn't matter if it's a flip phone
or a smartphone by any given manufacturer but having a smartphone is nice because you can view weather
and for all the other reasons smartphones are nice.
Then you need to get the correct SIM card to work
on the local network and put it in the phone. You can get these just about anywhere and the costs goes from about $10 all the way up to hundreds depending on how you are going to use the network.
